It was hard to let go of my Ford Fiesta after having it for 5-6 years, but it was time to let it go and get another car. I went for a Ford Ka as I use the car for smaller trips, so I didn’t need a big car. I'm slowly getting to grips with the car now but I don't think it will ever be as good as my Ford. I have used this dealership a couple of times so I know they sell good quality cars.

It was Justine who looked after us and helped to talk us through the whole sales process, she was so lovely to deal with and we are so grateful for that. Delivery was delayed on the day because there were some issues with the car but they were all sorted and it wasn't too much trouble.

The wife was in the market for a new car as her old one was just getting on a bit, so we had a look online and that's when we saw the Clio advertised here at Karl Smith's dealership. After viewing the car and turning it over in the showroom, she was more than happy to go ahead with it and she has been loving it ever since. After buying the car we took it to her uncles to give it a once over and other than missing a bolt for the radio there wasn't anything wrong with it. Unfortunately, I don't give top marks but she drives it every day and she loves it.

The Ford Connect is mechanically running well,, I have one or 2 little niggles but nothing major, pretty expected when buying a second hand van. I thought the sale was very open and honest, the lads were more than kind enough and they did really help me out which didn't go unnoticed! The service was very much appreciated. I am going to rate a 4 stars, purly just because of the little niggles but the customer care was top draw!

Excellent dealership with excellent staff! The two chaps running the place really know their stuff, they was able to answer any question about any car that I fired at them. The team were efficient but not rushed, the attention to detail blew me away! I am highly satisfied with the outcome of the sale. It was a very smooth and quick turn around. To be completely honest, I couldn't for asked for a better sale. The Dacia Duster is an excellent motor that is perfect for its purpose. We dealt with a fantastic young lad at Karl Smith Car Sales! He was a breath of fresh air, his attitude towards customers was amazing.
