What a fantastic experience buying a car from Karl Smith Garage. Steve was fantastic. Didn't feel pressured into anything and went at my pace. Finance was sorted quickly and was able to collect my car 2 days later. On collection, he went through the car with me and answered any questions had. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone wishing to purchase a second hand car

Quality and professional service. From first enquiry about a vehicle I was interested. in Tom was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful and no hard sell tactics , I was kept Upto date with the progress and details of the vehicle. . The wife was in the market for a new car as her old one was just getting on a bit, so we had a look online and that's when we saw the Clio advertised here at Karl Smith's dealership. After viewing the car and turning it over in the showroom, she was more than happy to go ahead with it and she has been loving it ever since. After buying the car we took it to her uncles to give it a once over and other than missing a bolt for the radio there wasn't anything wrong with it. Unfortunately, I don't give top marks but she drives it every day and she loves it.

I'm so delighted with my C3! I really put a lot of trust in the salesman at the time because I didn't get the chance to test drive the car but I'm glad I took his word as it runs amazing! I would 100% recommend this dealership to friends and family.

First time visiting this dealership and I have to say that it was great from the very start. It was Justine who looked after us and helped to talk us through the whole sales process, she was so lovely to deal with and we are so grateful for that. Delivery was delayed on the day because there were some issues with the car but they were all sorted and it wasn't too much trouble.
